Rosa and Sue: A Perfect Friendship
My
sister Rosa and her best friend Sue have been friends since
elementary school. They always seem to be
together, and others joke that they are twins. However, their personalities are
quite different.
Rosa is the more outgoing and adventurous one. She
is always up for trying new things, and she loves to be the center of
attention. Sue, on the other hand, is more reserved and shy. She prefers to
stay in the background and let Rosa take the lead.
One day, Rose and Sue went camping, Rosa suggested
doing all sorts of things such as hiking and swimming, but Sue was too lazy and
scared to do all that and suggested staying by the campfire and telling stories
all night. Sue wanted to tell scary stories even though she gets scared easily,
so Rosa convinced her to go hiking, Sue got scared by the noises from wild
animals, so they went back and set up the camp for the night. They started
telling scary stories like Sue had planned, as soon as the nightfall Sue was
getting scared from noises in the forest, Rosa went to check the noises and
left Sue near the campfire. At the same time, Sue was scared to death by being
alone. After a while, Rosa came back with
a little squirrel. Little by little, Sue got rid of her fear and
started playing with the squirrel.
Rosa and Sue are a perfect example of how two people
with different personalities great friends can be. They complement each other,
and they help each other grow as people. I am so glad that they are friends,
and I know that their friendship will last a lifetime.
